They strive hard to make this a pleasant abode. When I applied here, I've been living in Cedarwest for 6 months, and I would like to express my utmost gratitude to our Property Manager Suzanne and her maintenance team for the excellent work they do! They strive hard to make this a pleasant abode. When I applied here, Suzanne went out of her way to ensure that I got a place here. She is so affable, courteous, friendly and professional (as is the maintenance staff). The moment I moved in, the new air conditioner was installed along with fresh carpets and curtains. Later my stove started giving me troubles; they replaced it with a brand spanking new one right away! The countertops had seen better days due to wear-and-tear from the past tenant but they were quickly replaced as well. Whenever I have some query or issue there's always somebody on hand ready to help - usually on the same day - which is remarkable! Maintenance does an exceptional job keeping up with grounds maintenance – spraying buildings, painting and managing flowers/shrubs etc. Garage doors will be either refinished or changed soon too. Additionally, we have basketball court plus children playground plus exercise room plus computers available in communal area once COVID-19 situation has calmed down. Besides all these facilities, I've also made some nice pals here at Cedarwest making this one true blessing of a place for me! Thanks to Suzanne's expertise in steering this ship efficiently things are looking good around here - job well done indeed!!! more ... hide ...

It's been such a pleasing change! April, the new manager, has done an amazing job with cleaning up the property and making it a secure place. I have been living in this area for 15 years and that complex was always a problem. It's been so much better It's been such a pleasing change! It's been so much better in the past several months. I wish it would keep improving and turn into an area where everyone is safe. Low-income housing doesn't need to be considered as a ghetto; it's truly invigorating to have such an experienced manager around. more ... hide ...

I am extremely pleased with my move so far. April, who has been assisting me, has been incredibly courteous and encouraging. She is great at clarifying matters and providing help whenever possible. I wrote a review a year ago and I am writing another one to express my satisfaction that things have only improved since then. Our manager Suzy does an excellent job in keeping us informed about how the company is managing the covid situation. Despit I wrote a review a year ago and I am writing another one to express my satisfaction that things have only improved since then. Our manager Suzy does an excellent job in keeping us informed about how the company is managing the covid situation. Despite not being able to see her in person frequently, she always takes time to address any inquiries over phone and responds quickly. She has been very helpful, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable during our 18-year tenure with the company. Mike, our maintenance supervisor is extremely capable and efficient; he accurately diagnoses problems and can fix anything we might need help with. The grounds are kept neat at all times with trash disposed of promptly; any issues that arise are addressed immediately. Lastly, I don't know Eric very well but the few interactions we've had were pleasant and friendly. more ... hide ...

Susie, Mike, and Eric are tireless in their efforts to improve our residence. The issue with dog excrement was especially troublesome, but Susie managed to rectify the situation; the grounds appear well-kept.
