Absolutely horrendous When we first moved in we needed 5 maintenance requests in the first week They boarded up under the kitchen sink with 2x4 from leakage from previous tenants problems Mold in the wall in the master bathroom peeling sink panels an Absolutely horrendous When we first moved in we needed 5 maintenance requests in the first week They boarded up under the kitchen sink with 2x4 from leakage from previous tenants problems Mold in the wall in the master bathroom peeling sink panels and broken doors on cabinets ant problem the sockets were not covered so exposed wires on multiple outlets Overpriced like nobodys business We could have put a down payment on a house by the money we spent there over the year They never communicated with you Just left notes on your door for whatever reason The hallway was always disgusting and never maintained and the garage door broke like 5 times for like no reason at allnThen they dont send you any notice to your forwarding address after you move out for whatever damages happened even though you had to call the get maintenance request on the stuff and never got fix just band aids and it shows up on your credit report Never got a call and my number was on file because you had to put it on your application Never left a messages NothingnDo not live here more ... hide ...
