I have been living here for almost two years and we have a major problem with cockroaches; no matter how much we spray, they keep returning. The property managers don't do any repairs; most of the outlets in my apartment don't work and the ones that do can only keep a cord in place with the help of a three-pronged extension cord. They have increased the rent and advertise newly remodeled apartments, but mine was unclean and gross when I moved in; I had to clean it myself from the beginning. I am almost certain there is mold in the unit because I have been having serious issues with my breathing since I moved here and it is clear they haven't been maintaining the property. Most of the neighbors are very nice, but we get a lot of visitors who don't live in the complex. Many homeless people rummaging through our trash, yet they want to charge us fees to keep the property clean, when it is not the tenants' mess at all. There is no security, cameras, or anything, despite the fact that many cars have been vandalized and broken into. Drug dealers wander around, trying to sell their wares. There's a gate, but it is almost always broken more ... hide ...
