Under new ownership/management however, I have been much more pleased. Robinson Group has inherited a lot of problems from years of neglect, yet they have still managed to get things fixed and opened in just a couple months. Even though amenities such as pools remain unavailable, the chaotic transition process is settling down so communication should not be an issue going forward. I am relieved that the promised renovations are finally taking place, unlike when I first signed my lease with the old company who did nothing at all. In regards to pests like roaches, preventative treatments were used while keeping things clean which ultimately resulted in no roach problem whatsoever; however there are still some unpleasant issues with drains due to this being an older apartment complex that was previously neglected for some time so pest control is still necessary. more ... hide ...

The ladys in the office are all amazing and always very kind love having them in there for any needs I have about my apt and just always making it a nice welcoming feeling
