This place is infested with roaches and bedbugs, and they make plenty of work orders, only to shred them afterwards. When it's time to leave, they don't care if the rent has been paid or not. When it's time to leave, they don't care if the rent has been paid or not. Maria is unprofessional, taking pictures of porches instead of fixing the interior. The pool is never open, not even in 116-degree weather. The hot water is unreliable and sometimes there is no water for 6 hours with no explanation. Wall paint is used for the tubs and termites are eating away the kitchen cabinets. Barbecues are not allowed, and appliances are shared between units, and the germs and roaches are shared too. There are no weather strips on the doors, and lizards have been found under the living room TV stand. Even after visiting New York, a bisted window was received. This place needs to be shut down. More time is spent on paperwork and they charge $50 for it, instead of actual labor. There have been complaints about the mold for over a year, but nothing has been done due to the pandemic. I lived there for 3 years now this is a bad place its so nasty the kids that live there broke my window and the workers didnt want to fix my window place ever dont recommend living there
