Ive seen like 27 apartments with damage balcony that look like theyre going to fall apart and still the maintenance has not come to fix any of them. But they expect you to pay your rent on time. And they treat your tenants like garbage. Very unprofessional very poorly very dirty not a time of place I want my kids staying at. it also got signs all over the place saying the kids cant play in the grass. But they expect the children to play in the street which is very dangerous. I feel asso that the health inspector and the mayor should pay a visit to the complex to see how much terrible of a job that the corporation that runs the complex is doing.
