I have resided in these park trails apartments for a few years and they are aesthetically pleasing; however, the maintenance is severely lacking. I can wait for weeks or months for someone to come to address my concerns and when they do arrive, there is not enough staff to make sure the job is done correctly. I was told to move but that is a costly endeavor and contradicts the purpose of rental properties which is to keep tenants in the premises. All I want is to be content in my apartment with everything in working order. Instead, I am constantly worried about my toilet overflowing and the consequential water damage. The paint is chipping off the base boards, a moldy smell permeates the air, the vents and filters haven't been serviced in years, and the ceilings are covered in dust.
