A year ago, I had planned to buy land and put a manufactured home on it; however, it was too expensive. I am thankful every day that I found Affinity at South Hill instead. I am thankful every day that I found Affinity at South Hill instead. For the past three months, living there has felt like being on vacation due to its great apartment and amenities (free breakfast M-F, pool, hot tub, theatre, pub, woodshop, craft room etc). Ann Riddle was incredibly helpful in getting me through the application process despite my credit issues. She was so patient with an unreasonable customer who wouldn't accept that her handicapped parking space couldn't be claimed by anyone else. The best part of living here is the diverse people from friendly to funny or grumpy; they all come together as one family. This is thanks to Ann and Michele's efforts in involving everyone in activities - I can't envision life anywhere else! more ... hide ...

A woman fell on the ice that they dont scrape off the sidewalks all Winter and there was only one gal working here at the time She was pouring drinks for happy hour and when she was told about the accident she said well Im the only one here And she d A woman fell on the ice that they dont scrape off the sidewalks all Winter and there was only one gal working here at the time She was pouring drinks for happy hour and when she was told about the accident she said well Im the only one here And she didnt budge Nor did she call an ambulance or send anyone to check on the woman who fell It was wonderful when I moved in here over a year ago Now most of the staff has left and the only 1 who remains LIES Many have caught her in her lies They do not put out ice melt when it is icy and they do not take care of us They dont monitor Parking and there is never any place to park especially on weekends RUN NEW MANAGEMENT more ... hide ...
