I was a tenant at Majestic Loft for three years. During that time, Gorman Management was in charge--an experience that was far from enjoyable. On November 1st of 2019, Wisconsin Management Company took over, and although it was difficult to adjust to I was a tenant at Majestic Loft for three years. On November 1st of 2019, Wisconsin Management Company took over, and although it was difficult to adjust to the new management style, their maintenance team really stood out; Dean in particular made sure everything ran smoothly. In June 2020, I had to move due to some changes and I couldn't have asked for better support than what Ms. Shaneka Luster provided me as the property manager. She took time out of her schedule to help me find a new place and even gave me boxes for my move. Wisconsin Management lent a hand as well. My stay at Majestic Loft may be over but I want both Wisconsin Management Company and Shaneka Luster to know how much I appreciated their efforts during this transition period--Shaneka especially deserves recognition for her professionalism and commitment towards us tenants! Tim did an excellent job hiring such an amazing person; under her guidance Majestic Loft is sure to reach great heights! more ... hide ...

I moved in at Majestic Lofts last year I was so happy to be able to find a place for me and my children Back in June I was almost going to lose my apartment due to missing documentation and based on the previous Assistant manager Derrick Braggs not d I moved in at Majestic Lofts last year I was so happy to be able to find a place for me and my children Back in June I was almost going to lose my apartment due to missing documentation and based on the previous Assistant manager Derrick Braggs not doing his part and stating that I make over the income The new property manager Shaneka made it her job to come in and fix whatever errors and to send what ever documentation corporate office was requiring Without her I honestly would of lost my place Her coming in as the New Property Manager has been nothing but a blessing Thank you to Tim and Wisconsin Management for hiring such an amazing person I truly appreciate living here a Majestic Lofts more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 4 years and have generally enjoyed my tenancy New management has taken over the building and right now things are in flux with upcoming improvements to the property which were long overdue Its good to know that they are invest I have lived here for 4 years and have generally enjoyed my tenancy New management has taken over the building and right now things are in flux with upcoming improvements to the property which were long overdue Its good to know that they are investing in the property That being said I think that its important that management keeps their tenants in the loop of upcoming changes so that they are better prepared to make decisions for their future Even if management is unsure of timelines of when improvements are taking place its better for tenants to know that things are about to happen and will happen eventually rather than learning about it second hand or at a time which puts them at a disadvantage I had many concerns with this and due to rumor and miscommunication inaccurate conclusions were drawn Thankfully I have found kindness and compassion with the new managers They have addressed my concerns and we were able to reach a compromise more ... hide ...

When I moved in back in 2018 my intention was to get out of the building as soon as possible It was not the type of environment I wanted for myself or children to live However since Wisconsin Management has purchased the property and installed new on When I moved in back in 2018 my intention was to get out of the building as soon as possible It was not the type of environment I wanted for myself or children to live However since Wisconsin Management has purchased the property and installed new onsite management this place has done a complete 180 degree turn aroundnAlmost immediately you could see changes taking effect Improvements to the building along with the removal of certain residents has made this property a place I can see myself staying with my kids Its now a friendly environment with great amenities I love living in the downtown area and with all the other improvements going on around this property its an easy choice for me to stay and be part of the up and coming developments Im excited to be here I dont give out 5 stars but I could see this property earning that fifth very soon If you are looking to live downtown I would look at the Majestic more ... hide ...

My visit for the showing of the loft I was impressed with management Professionalism all across the board BLESSINGS and PEACE
