They visited while I was away and left a message saying that there was nothing wrong. They don't inform you that they're coming for maintenance, which is in violation of the lease since they're required to give 24 hours' notice unless it's an emergency. They don't spread salt on the sidewalks unless you live at the front of the neighborhood, and I slipped and fell on the ice last winter. The vines outside my door are so overgrown that I have to duck to enter without them hitting me, since maintenance doesn't take care of the units at the back. Parking is awful, and I can hardly ever find a spot near my apartment. The roads are even worse, with potholes crossing the already too narrow lanes. The only positive thing about this place is the apartment layout. Whenever I call, I'm never given a genuine response to my problem but they say they'll "take care of it" or send maintenance. Which is always in vain. Some of my neighbors are very kind people, while others are rude and leave stuffs lying around outside and make a lot of noise. The new management since August 1st is a complete 180 They are extremely professional and have been very helpful The community is safe and my unit has extra storage

GREAT STAFF My consultant Angie was so helpful and friendly They really made me feel wanted here My apartment was sharp and clean upon move in
