For example, anytime it rained, water would gush in through the window, despite buckets and towels being used. I'm sure mold was growing beneath the carpet and no amount of dialogue with Sheryl and Patrick, the managers, would fix it. The doorbell was also broken and never mended, resulting in us missing several deliveries. The bathtub was leaking around the edges, a problem that was never solved, despite them replacing the tiles. Additionally, there was a neglected yellow jacket nest that led to our room being filled with the pests when our baby was in the room. All they did was spray the nest beneath us, but never determined where they were entering from, and we killed over 70 of them. The dishwasher broke down and flooded our living room carpet while we were away on vacation. It was replaced, but we had to clean up the mess and purchase several fans to dry out the carpet. There's more, but this should give a clear picture. The managers acted frustrated by these issues rather than being sympathetic, even with an infant in the flat. Judging from the recent reviews, it seems not much has changed. I wish luck to those considering this place, but I recommend looking somewhere more ... hide ...

Not the fanciest place around but it is quiet and they are renovating it For the price you cant do better in Rochester
