My lease at my current place was due to expire on December 31st and I needed to be closer to my job in Lawrenceville, as I was living in Stone Mountain and had to drive 45 minutes each way every day. Last year I had had brain surgery, so the situation was becoming increasingly difficult. After praying about it, I decided to give it another try and when I called again at the end of September, Mrs. Lauren said that something had opened up for November. I was so ecstatic that I didn't mind paying two rents at the same time, so as not to miss out on the opportunity. Mrs. Lauren was very welcoming and kind, and after submitting my application, I was quickly approved. When I went to view the apartment, many people came out to introduce themselves and welcome me to the area. I moved in on November 14th and couldn't be happier. Not only are my neighbors wonderful, but the whole Leasing Team, including Michael the maintenance man, are also excellent. My flat is very spacious and clean and my daughter loves it. If you're thinking of moving here, you won't be disappointed - I now feel right at home. more ... hide ...

Love these apartments neighbors have always been polite and the neighborhood is quiet However I live in the 1st phase so Im not sure what goes on at the second phase Their bug problem seems to be increasing so do utilize the extermination

I live the subdivision across from the apartments Seem to be very quiet Landscape is kept up Driving by I do notice a good amount of teenagers and young adults seem to just hang around maybe everyone is active Not sure its just a tad unusual
