Lived there for 7 years it was fine until it was sold The new owners did renovations to the complex replaced kitchen cabinets stove refrigerator new hvac replaced flooring The cabinets they installed were damaged peeling brought it to the attention Lived there for 7 years it was fine until it was sold The new owners did renovations to the complex replaced kitchen cabinets stove refrigerator new hvac replaced flooring The cabinets they installed were damaged peeling brought it to the attention of management was told repeatedly they would be replaced never happenedit was difficult to communicate with the management once everything was shut down they stopped all communication with tenants returned no phone calls messages you see them in the office knock on doornwindow they just ignore you They breached the lease by not making repairs tried to communicate with them for 4 months got no response tried to let them know was told to vacate the apartment got no response heard nothing from them only to get something on my credit report saying that I owe them money but cant find out what the money is owed for It used to be nice place to live until the apartment complex was sold went down hill from there more ... hide ...
