Richfield has leasing signs up for rent When applied they do not check their list of future residents who are approvednot approved Back in February I put in for an application for a 23 bedroom apartment I have called numerous times since and getting Richfield has leasing signs up for rent When applied they do not check their list of future residents who are approvednot approved Back in February I put in for an application for a 23 bedroom apartment I have called numerous times since and getting the same answer about me being number 55 for the 2 bedroom and 23 for the 3 bedroom The week before last I spoke to Ruth who stated I am going through the wait list now because there are many future residents on the list who have been waiting since December but may have found places to live already Ruth also stated to callback next week and I will have individuals off of the list We just hired more maintenance men so more vacant apartments will be up and ready to move in soon Since that last phone call I have not heard from anyone so I took it upon myself to callback and was told I was the same number on the waiting list from the week prior I will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous and getting no where more ... hide ...

Felicia Samuels which is the property manager at this particular location is completely unprofessional I moved out of my apartment in June 2021 and they stated that I had damage to my unit while I was there They were unable to successfully show any Felicia Samuels which is the property manager at this particular location is completely unprofessional I moved out of my apartment in June 2021 and they stated that I had damage to my unit while I was there They were unable to successfully show any proof of the damage after my vacate and also couldnt provide an invoice at first Now December 3rd 2021 I all of a sudden Ive accumulated an invoice that was supposed to be sent over to collections and an attorney When reaching out to the attorney they indicated there was no record of a balance nor was any information supposedly sent to collections since they handled this account Avoid this apartment complex This apartment complex and I are now going to court due to unethical practices and unprofessionalism more ... hide ...
