Our maintenance manwas very helpful with my in house issue and completely did my request in a very timely manner

My mom has lived in these apartments for about 4 or 5 years now Its getting worse and worse The staff is very nonchalant about the issues in your apartment Since Abby and the other maintenance team left they dont even do preventative maintenance anym My mom has lived in these apartments for about 4 or 5 years now Its getting worse and worse The staff is very nonchalant about the issues in your apartment Since Abby and the other maintenance team left they dont even do preventative maintenance anymore They never have maintenance technicians My mothers ac has been out for2 weeks now they refuse to fix it her neighbor downstairs has a broken door thats been broken for over a month Those two things are emergencies which is priority which states it on the emergency on call automated voice So I dont not recommend this complex at all The property manager clearly dont care about their job enough to be on their staff the recently switch companies or owners and their actually doing worse more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for about a year and a half and experienced 2 cars being stolen the first one was my husbands and now mine Management did nothing the first time and nothing this time No type of compensation for our losses There are cameras and s Ive been living here for about a year and a half and experienced 2 cars being stolen the first one was my husbands and now mine Management did nothing the first time and nothing this time No type of compensation for our losses There are cameras and security patrolling at certain times but it is not deterring thieves I feel totally unsafe here People play loud music at night and lots of people loitering I can not wait to be able to get out of here Its unfortunate because the apartment is a good size and very close to stores and the beachnnUpdatennAs you can see management replied to my review and I did send a follow up email to the email they provided and nothing They literally dont help at all more ... hide ...
