The information I received was also conflicting; the first or second person I spoke to provided me with an exact quote for a studio that was in my budget, but the fourth person I called said they had no clue and could not give me an exact quote. The last person I talked to finally gave me useful information, saying the only way to apply was in person. Every prior time I phoned they did not know what to do and kept saying I would get a callback, yet it has been well over a week and I have not gotten a response. Additionally, I have left voicemails for various places they manage but have not heard back. I was told they do virtual appointments and was given a day and time. The day came and I never heard from them. I attempted to follow up with them, no response. Fast forward two weeks and I finally received a response. I was informed they actually do not do virtual appointments but that I could still proceed with the application. Great! The second person I was communicating with seemed to want to help me a little more than the first one and that is probably because she is the manager. I felt better about the situation and hopeful that I could get it all taken care of; however, she stopped communicating with me as well! It€™s been over a week with no information on how to proceed. She had told me I qualified for a two bedroom but then said later that only qualify for a one bedroom. That doesn€™t matter to me because it€™s better than being homeless with my daughter! I am beyond stressed because this is really all I can afford and it€™s a tight budget at that. I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. Just like other reviews, I have been waiting since mid-April for an apartment. Being a single mom of two with a low income, I endeavored to give myself enough time to find a place to live before relocating. I I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. Being a single mom of two with a low income, I endeavored to give myself enough time to find a place to live before relocating. I understand that application processes take time, however I am now, as of today, without a residence and will need to find some sort of refuge until one of the low income apartments I applied for is ready. I have been incessantly calling and emailing, pleading for somebody to provide me with an update on my application. Again, I began this process in April and was initially informed I could move in by July 1. After numerous calls, a week ago I was told that my application had mistakes on it (including the erroneous unit size) and I needed to go and fix it. Ultimately, it is in its final review, but I am now homeless. The move in date on the application changed to July 15th, which I was not told about. Had I known it would take this long, I would have started looking for an alternative a lot sooner. This is very upsetting to me and the fact that other people have gone through similar issues is disconcerting. more ... hide ...

Weve been living in our apartment for 4 years and it was nice no problems with the management at all until Bellwether took over in 2021 and it was very disappointing Its cringey to know that they are so proud of getting more and more unit yet the qua Weve been living in our apartment for 4 years and it was nice no problems with the management at all until Bellwether took over in 2021 and it was very disappointing Its cringey to know that they are so proud of getting more and more unit yet the quality of their service is very low Small things I did not mind is how the manager in Arbora Court will make an appointment to see you and will show up 30minutes later and when she showed up she said oh the paper is not ready yet you have to come back She makes other appointment she doesnt keep It gives me a feeling that the management treat you like your time is not valuable Very unorganized and unprofessional She was also slow to move us to another unit due to accommodation request took her 4 months And she still have not given us our security deposit its been 9 monthsnnBellwether needs to train better their site managersnAnyway the thing that really made me so distrustful of the management is when we informed them of a flea infestation we dont have pets We all get bitten including my 1 year old baby Did not realize it is flea until I caught one and it was disgusting We know it came from the new neighbor next door when they use our bathroom when they locked themselves out Other neighbors have pets too but never in my life we had flea problem until this neighbor moved in We asked around the neighborhood if any of their pets have fleas and all said no but one neighbor said the new neighbor has a cat Anyways we informed Bellwether of the infestation March 1st but we never get a successful flea treatment until last week of April And I had to be on the phone with the manager to make sure it happens because it was the fifth attempt 2 times Bellwether showed on different day as scheduled and 2 times they did not show up And there is suppose to be a follow up treatment after 2 weeks or else the first treatment will be useless because the flea cycle repeats again And guess what they never follow up We took the issue with the Portfolio Manager because at this point is is very hard to contact the site manager no one answers the phone no one gets back to emails and no one gets back to my maintenance request The Portfolio Manager basically said not to contact her We are stuck Not the kind of service I expect from a company who says their passion is to help people You are not helping me and my family You are hurting us You are not making our home livable Flea infestation is a health risk Bellwether is it too much to ask not to be eaten alive in my own home more ... hide ...
