To be fair, when compared to other management companies, this one is superior in terms of service and compassion. If you are looking for an apartment offering essential features such as location, pricing, and amenities, it is wise to schedule an appointment and meet management and view the property in person prior to being influenced by any reviews. I recently visited La Brezza and was welcomed with a smile and treated respectfully. In addition, the landscape was well-maintained and many of the apartments have been upgraded. The manager informed me of a secret garden/courtyard being built in 2021 at the back of the property, which sounds exciting.
