My original move in date was not appeased The apartment wasnt ready and the office staff had no clue I was due to move that day I was advised by the assistant manager that I would get a rental credit due to the inconvenience but that never happenednn My original move in date was not appeased The apartment wasnt ready and the office staff had no clue I was due to move that day I was advised by the assistant manager that I would get a rental credit due to the inconvenience but that never happenednnUpon move in the following week my apartment wasnt clean the kitchen was filthy as was the bathroom in the master bedroom The tub is like permanently stained so bad and it needs to be replaced and corked There are no plungersnnThe toilet seats were nasty Who doesnt replace toilet seats upon move innnThere were two drawers full of old smoke detectors and door stops The storage wasnt clean and the balcony has spider webs everywhere and needs to be power washednnThe breeze ways oh those breezeways needs to power washed and treated for bugs You have to fight bugs to enter your unit nightly I asked maintenance if they had a power washer on site and they confirmed they did however they dont use it Maintenance please use them to clean the breezeways or just let me use it to clean my ownnnThe assistant manager offered me contact info for a cleaning lady that I would have to pay for myself like huh Thats totally absurd The assistant manager is pretty okay overall her original delivery of the information that my unit was not ready upon my original move in date was unprofessional but overall shes not badnnThe unit overall is okay the living room is small but its affordable The carpet was cleaned and isnt new as there are a few stains The neighbors dont seem bad so far and I havent noticed any extreme noisennOh they take checks but not money orders slightly strange in 2022 but okay for rent paymentsnnI never got a pool pass Im sitting outside the rental office now Saturday at 154 pm and its locked but no signage nor notifications that the office would be closednnYeah the move in wasnt great at all and it started way before Where is Raven bring her back more ... hide ...

The environment is wonderful and the staff have Empathy and care about theirTenants Management are one of BEST All I can say I wouldnt move anywhere else THANK YOU

I would like to know Why it takes so long to get filters changed Also lack of communication No one picks up the phone when you call They need to have someone come clean vents and change utility doors because they are Rusty clogged up with dirt I have I would like to know Why it takes so long to get filters changed Also lack of communication No one picks up the phone when you call They need to have someone come clean vents and change utility doors because they are Rusty clogged up with dirt I have asthma and allergies Due to all this backed up dirt Stop lying when you send out notices About what youre going to do and dont respond back in a timely manner very upset tenant Have the rugs cleaned at least twice a year Ive been to the allergist have notes on what Im allergic to Also showed it to my doctors Notated And I have proof of the pictures of the dirty utility closet and sent it to the bend and no one responded back yet I dont appreciate that more ... hide ...

I went into the office because a friend today me about the apartments But when I meet the management staff the were very pleasant and kind and they help for start to finished From putting in my application to signing my lease they definitely made my I went into the office because a friend today me about the apartments But when I meet the management staff the were very pleasant and kind and they help for start to finished From putting in my application to signing my lease they definitely made my experience so much easier with knowing moving can be a hassle as is I would definitely recommend others to check them out and maybe find their new home as well more ... hide ...
