I am a young professional who is responsible with my home, and yet they still found ways to take my security deposit even after hiring a cleaning service. On the day we moved out, the management did an inspection and were very rude and condescending towards us--telling us that we had not done a great job. This was completely inappropriate. In my 10 years living in Milwaukee, I've never seen anything as bad as this place. They will not value you as a tenant; instead they will find every way possible to take your money from you. Additionally, there is a loud train which runs outside the windows that they don't tell you about--it kept us awake all night long! The building itself is in poor condition; it's clear that they are attempting to cut corners wherever possible (elevator frequently needs repairs). The maintenance crew is also rude--smoking cigarettes outside of the front door when entering the building twice before even letting us know they were coming due to "mixed up schedules". Never before have I written such an unfavorable review but felt it necessary if it helps someone else avoid having our experience here. The apartment manager Emily is actually very nice though she has limited power so any requests we had were usually denied after she asked "corporate". more ... hide ...

Took 700 bucks from my security deposit to replace carpeting that should have been replaced before I moved in I even paid someone to clean the apartment too and was still hit with this garbage

Great location Management is friendly and responsive

Many tenants with dogs that dont clean up waste Garage door and some elevator malfunctions
