We have a persistent buzzing in the walls of our apartment which is so irritating we had to move our bed into the dining room. An electrician was sent who heard the sound and verified that it was not coming from our apartment. They turned something off which lessened the noise but it is still there. Marie told my wife that she spent $200 for an electrician as if it was from her own pocket. For some reason, they think it's our fault there is humming in the walls. I am unable to log in to the laurel website to pay rent or report a maintenance issue. I'm using the same username and password but it says invalid entry. Nevertheless, nobody in the office can work out why this is occurring. We have paid every month from our checking account, but Marie said if we have to give them a money order which is difficult for me due to my condition, we would be evicted. Is this how you should treat a tenant who always pays on the first, causes no disruption and takes care of the unit? more ... hide ...
