I have been living here for four years and the studios are roomy and have a distinctive arrangement compared to the run-of-the-mill apartments of the city. Furthermore, the courtyard is kept in good condition, mostly due to the new management that took over a year ago. Recently, I had the maintenance man, Fransisco, perform some repairs in my flat. He is the first to fulfill his promises in three years. I am grateful. Every morning, when I go for my run, it is a surprise to see Fransisco up and about before 7 a.m. - a sign of dedication if there ever was one. Additionally, Paige, the property manager, is the most attentive and amiable landlord I have encountered here, and I can assure you, there have been many. Unlike the previous managers, she never acts as if she is too busy or put out when I ask for something. During our few meetings, she has always remembered my name and, when I raised my issues regarding the unfixed apartment, she acted promptly. I am proud to call Ellis Court my home and I plan to remain a tenant as long as Fransisco and Paige are here. more ... hide ...

Full disclosure I dont live at Ellis court but I have lived across from Ellis court for 3 years My window outside stares right at their front door and entire building I have a perfect view and man is this place sketchy There are cops and paramedics c Full disclosure I dont live at Ellis court but I have lived across from Ellis court for 3 years My window outside stares right at their front door and entire building I have a perfect view and man is this place sketchy There are cops and paramedics called here all the time at all hours of the night I would say on average the cops come to check out a situation there 23 times a month for literally 3 years Im not sure what is going on in there that it is such a frequent occurrence but for someone looking to move in you should probably know that Also on the ground floor they have these small sliding windows to the outside and there is a barred fence in between the sidewalk and the window but that doesnt stop one of the residents from doing drug deals with people through his tiny window during broad daylight Looking at pics online the apartments look pretty nice and are a good price but as a renter myself these are things I would want to know before committing to a building more ... hide ...
