Danna Polk, the manager of these apartments, is a wicked person. She has attempted to evict my disabled mother multiple times for nonsensical reasons. She has attempted to evict my disabled mother multiple times for nonsensical reasons. My mom has an emotional support dog and Ms Polk sent six 10 day notices claiming she hears constant barking. Additionally, she falsely accused mom of having two dogs instead of one. This woman discriminates against disabled people and Section 8 tenants; my mom's rent is 825 and was late once after over 6 years of being on time, so Danna charged her 90 for late fees plus another 30 for delivering the notice to our door. Furthermore, Danna constantly harasses tenants about visitors and won't allow pets or animals; kids aren't allowed to ride anything with wheels or play loudly on the small playground past a certain hour. Now she's threatening that my mother will be kicked out in August; additionally, she had Mom's car towed because it was parked in our neighbor's spot even though we had only been there 2 hours! I would not recommend these apartments until a new manager takes over - this reckless emotional wreck needs to be replaced since nobody here likes her due to all the things she has done and continues to do. more ... hide ...
