I have a lived here over a year and I can say this is the worst experience I have had a rodent problem I have had a problem with the property manager Sheila latif I wasnt even going to write a review until I just received an email from ms latif sta I have a lived here over a year and I can say this is the worst experience I have had a rodent problem I have had a problem with the property manager Sheila latif I wasnt even going to write a review until I just received an email from ms latif stating how much I owe them which she clearly didnt realize I moved out the unit before may and returned keys and everything to the rental office They clearly dont communicate with each other I also would like to share I had a fridge that broke last summer and they sent an old one until mine got replaced well it had never got replaced and Ive had two fridges sitting in my kitchen since last summer I cant stand this place and Im glad that I am gone I had problems that needed to be fixed since I moved and they still didnt do anything Good luck with this property more ... hide ...

I have been living in this residence for a year and it is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff are very unprofessional and try to cover up various things. My bathroom and kitchen appliances are in a state of disrepair; my bathroom sin I have been living in this residence for a year and it is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff are very unprofessional and try to cover up various things. My bathroom and kitchen appliances are in a state of disrepair; my bathroom sink has cigarette burns and paint is peeling everywhere. Additionally, there was a mouse infestation. The property manager is of no help, she simply makes excuses and pretends to be too busy, when in fact she should be focused on helping the tenants. I have had three inspections, of which two have failed, and I am still trying to figure out how everyone's water bill is the same amount ($100). They should all be fired. I also see that they only respond to people who have given good reviews, which is unfair. Some units have air conditioning and their own washing machines and dryers, while other tenants have to use the rundown laundry machines. I would highly advise against anyone moving here until they upgrade the units, as they are not worth the rent. more ... hide ...

I LIVE IN ASHBURTON TOWNHOMES if i could leave negative 10 I WOULD I hate this place iv only been living here for exactly 5 months Two weeks into my new place it was infested with mice Mice are literally in EVERYROOM i have roaches spiders etc they d I LIVE IN ASHBURTON TOWNHOMES if i could leave negative 10 I WOULD I hate this place iv only been living here for exactly 5 months Two weeks into my new place it was infested with mice Mice are literally in EVERYROOM i have roaches spiders etc they didnt switch out anything from the last tenant my shower walls were pealing before i even took a shower in there My outlets dont work my floors were uneven and had dents in it These buildings are way to old and not updated to cost 1350 The maintenance is HORRIBLE Tony i believe the manager is VERY disrespectful I have been dealing with one thing after another since the day i moved in Nobody is ever in the rental office if they are they dont answer the phones I STRONGLY hate this place i dont recommend it to anyone not even a homeless person Im very angry that i signed a 15 month lease with this place which means i have 10 months left to deal with these people more ... hide ...
