I never had an issue here There is only 2 parking spots per household which kind of stinks but for the most part its always clean and up kept Sometimes the ice builds up in the winter Its pretty calm here

I hope they get better

I dont even know where to start between the office people and nothing ever getting fixed to them doing there inspections and they just walk in to your bedroom without even a knock so get walked in on and its more than just 1 person that comes through I dont even know where to start between the office people and nothing ever getting fixed to them doing there inspections and they just walk in to your bedroom without even a knock so get walked in on and its more than just 1 person that comes through Also the have 1 low income apt per town home so dont plan on getting any of your city taxes back because you are considered low income to the IRS even if you are paying the full amount for rent I lived there from 2009 to 2012 Would only live here if it was a last resort and you will not get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave it more ... hide ...
