I held a post as a caregiver at this retirement home for a few months and had an awful experience - it was the worst one I've encountered in my career. The management was abysmal and where do I start? 1. Don't expect anything to be done in a timely fashion, especially if Kaui is still there - she will dodge calls, come up with excuses, or just blatantly ignore you if you need something from her. 2. Deonte will make your life a misery (unless he likes you) with his passive aggression and partiality; it's funny how he attempts to impose regulations when he and Kaui come in hungover all the time. 3. Don't bother going to Kristine for help because she won't do anything. I've also heard from numerous people that when they asked for a refund because they paid too much, it took months of chasing everyone until something got done. I'm now at The Bellettini and it's a 10/10. Since leaving I've come to know that Queen Anne Manor has a nasty reputation in the Puget Sound area. Oh yeah, if you work, live, or visit the facility and they give you something with ice in it, DON'T DRINK IT. On multiple occasions I noticed pieces of mold on the ice.
