I had the pleasure of being a tenant at the Ledges for a short time and my experience was very enjoyable. The apartment I leased was recently renovated so it was in great condition. Furthermore, the location is fantastic and the neighbors are friendly - many of whom own pets that they take care of properly. If you're considering living at the Ledges there are some things you should be aware of: in fall there will be leaves scattered around your door step on the first floor due to there not being an entrance with security, and as of now there is no option for covered parking (which could make a nice addition). Despite this, I would definitely recommend trying out The Ledges, especially with Mike and Randy as staff. more ... hide ...

In my opinion, there is no better place to live in Rhode Island than the Ledges at Johnston. I am fortunate to have amazing neighbors and enjoy the various amenities on offer. Additionally, the staff are friendly, straightforward and relaxed.

After staying in the apartments for three months, my love for them and the neighborhood only grew. Randy from the leasing office was an utter professional who aided us in finding our perfect apartment. I lived in The Ledges for two years and was really happy with the experience. The grounds are well-maintained, the landscaping is superb, there's ample parking and wonderful amenities.
