I have lived in this apartment complex for 25 years and have seen many changes during that time. Unfortunately, all of the changes have been terrible. For example, the air conditioning breaks down every other week and they have been working on a brok I have lived in this apartment complex for 25 years and have seen many changes during that time. Unfortunately, all of the changes have been terrible. For example, the air conditioning breaks down every other week and they have been working on a broken pipe for months now. Additionally, the backyard is outdated and the fitness center is run-down. The staff are mostly friendly, but there are a few who act as spies for management and report on residents' personal lives. There used to be a kids center where they could do homework after school and play games or watch TV, but that was eliminated years ago. Smoke-free policies were put in place in 2016, so smokers have to go off-property to smoke cigarettes. Finally, the previous general manager, Kim Bacca, was very inconsiderate and would evict people with a smile on her face. She was recently fired when one of her employees was hospitalized from being overworked. Hopefully things will improve now that she is gone. My advice is to live somewhere else. more ... hide ...
