The West side elevators in 101 West End are constantly breaking down, and management does not seem to be taking the issue seriously. Great apartment good view and comfortable living

My wife and I moved in to 101 West End Avenue almost 6 years ago We sold our house in Southern Westchester and our coop in Greenwich Village and decided to rent rather than buy and live full time in the Lincoln Square area Our broker found this build My wife and I moved in to 101 West End Avenue almost 6 years ago We sold our house in Southern Westchester and our coop in Greenwich Village and decided to rent rather than buy and live full time in the Lincoln Square area Our broker found this building and we loved it at first sight Despite the change in management about 2 years ago our love for it has only increased We moved from one apartment to a newly gut renovated apartment about 18 months ago The design the finishes and the quality of the materials used is elegant A truly luxury apartment Management retained many of our beloved staff concierges Alex Anthony Abdul now joined by Ilmi as well as handymen and porters Also despite the ongoing construction issues when discussed with administration they listened to our concerns and worked to ameliorate them Though construction is ongoing there is minimal disruption and that is almost entirely during daytime and weekdays The lobby is light airy and welcoming a truly modern space We love living here more ... hide ...
