From the first conversation with Morgan, I knew this was the right decision for us. It's been about two months since we arrived and the entire staff has been friendly and supportive of our experience. Anelia, Brandon, Jobi, Paul, George, Chris, Rick, Earl, and Ben have all been so kind and great at what they do. Special recognition should go to Ben, the best handyman we have ever had in any building we've lived! He can fix anything, is always in a good mood, courteous, and professional. It's such a relief knowing he is there to help if anything arises. Additionally, the garden next to the building is wonderful to look at in the morning, and our pet loves to take naps in the sun near the windows that go all the way to the floor. The amenities are excellent, and they recently added a new gym. I'd highly recommend Avalon Bowery, and I'm thankful we found them. more ... hide ...

Absolutely great maintenance service Nick came to our apartment to perform some regular preventative maintenance made sure everything was working well He even replaced our nonstandard light bulbs in our kitchen Really appreciate the quick work
