We lived at the Lyric for a year The building is lovely and the staff are amazing the best thing about the building The apartment was small and the neighborhood awful

Beware of a possible rental scam with this property After you complete an application online and the 100 application fee they call and say that the application can not be completed online You have to do a paper application and try to get you to pay 1 Beware of a possible rental scam with this property After you complete an application online and the 100 application fee they call and say that the application can not be completed online You have to do a paper application and try to get you to pay 1000000 to do the application with all these fees Contacted NYPD to file a scam report they were already aware of this scam Not sure if it is the property itself or some one else but BEWARE dont get taken more ... hide ...

I love living here Apartments are great rents are reasonable Great staff love the amenities Very happy that they plan to update the lobby Ill post those pics when theyre finished Awesome roof top deck Here are some pics showing the roof top view

I loved this place when my family rented an apartment for several months They have a fitness room and the place is upscale Everyone is very nice that works here The apartments are in a great location also being right on Broadway
