My family has had a largely positive experience in this place for the past four years. The apartments are great and have nice-sized rooms. The apartments are great and have nice-sized rooms. There is a playground and a large backyard with a community garden, benches, and a tiny gazebo. The parking lot is of a reasonable size, yet the biggest problem is that people don't park in front of their buildings and don't let overnight guests park in the designated area, which often restricts access. The management is very friendly, but it is hard to tell when they are actually in the office since the sign is usually turned to "closed" and the lights are mostly off. I know the manager is also taking care of the sister site in Blairsville, so I try to be understanding. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the grounds neat and of fixing problems in the apartments within a few days of the work order being submitted. Although there have been troubles that have stayed unresolved, they can be worked around in most cases. My only other issue is that the property owners seem to switch often, which leads to unexpected rule changes and sometimes rent increases. There is a tiny exercise room with limited equipment, yet most of it works, and a laundry room, though I've heard that you have to pay to use it like a laundromat, though I'm not sure as I've never used it. The majority of the people in my building are nice and keep to themselves and I have enjoyed living here. more ... hide ...

Horrible apartment they just wanna steal your money and dont care for no one

I have been living in these apartments for five years now. Recently, the bicycles of my children were stolen from under the bicycle rack. After a three-month-long search, I eventually found one in the woods and the other in the office, seemingly some I have been living in these apartments for five years now. Recently, the bicycles of my children were stolen from under the bicycle rack. After a three-month-long search, I eventually found one in the woods and the other in the office, seemingly someone had discovered it in the playground. They blamed the kids who usually play in the area and not having locks on the bikes. I had sympathy for them and moved the bicycles up into my apartment since leaving them out was not secure. I recently made an Amazon order and had it sent to my house, like I have done multiple times before without any problems (either they left it in my box or signed documents for me to accept or leave in the front office). However, the package was stolen from my door, and after UPS tracked it there, I called the office. I won't name the woman who answered the phone, but she was very rude when I explained the situation. It was the most discourteous person I have ever interacted with and I was so enraged as all I was doing was calling to report the incident, so unprofessional. She could have had a far more amicable approach! Especially since I never miss rent and haven't had any issues in this complex. I'm looking to move soon. more ... hide ...

Promised me an apartment by Sept 15th October almost gone and they still didnt have the vacant apartment ready They blamed their maintenance man quitting the weather the previous tenant etc Finally they call me and tell me we could move in and the ap Promised me an apartment by Sept 15th October almost gone and they still didnt have the vacant apartment ready They blamed their maintenance man quitting the weather the previous tenant etc Finally they call me and tell me we could move in and the apartment was ready and they were going to get us a better deal Turns out they werent giving us a better deal at all They literally wanted us to fraudulently redo our paperwork to get government assistance illegally It gets better then they tell us that our apartment was given to someone else and we would have to accept a smaller 2 bedroom Ha Seriously and mind you my family and I were living in a local hotel waiting for them to get this apartment ready Needless to say we went elsewhere as we were sick of being mistreated by these people Now its December 4th and I still cant seem to get my money back from them Maybe Ill get it back before Christmas Maybe more ... hide ...
