Robin's behavior is completely unprofessional and impolite. To start with, she never picked up the phone. It took me ten attempts to finally get an answer, only to be scolded for calling too much. Not to mention the time I wasted driving over to her office; I had made an appointment to fill out an application, but she was a no-show during the scheduled business hours. On top of that, she yelled at me for unintentionally stepping on her flowers. When I asked the maintenance man for her boss's contact details, he had no idea; it was clear that she was lazy and disrespectful. If she doesn't enjoy working in customer service, she should get a different job. To make matters worse, when I asked if there were any vacancies, she told me that it didn't matter since I hadn't applied yet. These places are nice a blessing just keep up with your rent on time and take good care of it The neighbors are quiet and to themselves here
