I spent nearly a year living in this apartment, and it was a terrible experience. The dryer was broken when I moved in and took two weeks to get fixed, and the fridge wasn't working properly and took over a month to get replaced. The hot water heater I spent nearly a year living in this apartment, and it was a terrible experience. The dryer was broken when I moved in and took two weeks to get fixed, and the fridge wasn't working properly and took over a month to get replaced. The hot water heater was also installed incorrectly and had to be fixed on move in. Packages were left in the lobby without any organization, and the trash room was disgusting and possibly in violation of fire and sanitation codes. The management was really bad too, and the property manager, Laurel, was unhelpful and rude. The only good thing about the building is that it looks nice, but I would not recommend this place to live. more ... hide ...
