During our visit to the Cape, he spoke of a place he desired to live: Cape Cod Senior Residence in Pocasset. After phoning in and taking a tour, it was evident that the staff there were like family and treated the residents with great respect. When asked what most excited him about moving into CCSR, my uncle answered "The food." Many elderly people living alone fail to get proper nutrition due to difficulty cooking or eating. Fortunately for us, we got him into Assisted Living at CCSR within weeks and he never missed a meal again; I observed him gaining weight shortly afterwards - something I found immensely relieving. Furthermore, those at CCSR were proactive when it came to handling Covid which not many other places did - this only further proved how amazing their team is! To conclude; I highly recommend Cape Cod Senior Residence for anyone seeking a safe environment for their loved one.more ...hide ...
