Lived here almost a year Its ok besides the fact that since we moved in there have been an excruciatingly horrible infestation of gnats Another thing I do not like is not having a single place to park my vehicle On New Years Eve one of our 2 vehicles Lived here almost a year Its ok besides the fact that since we moved in there have been an excruciatingly horrible infestation of gnats Another thing I do not like is not having a single place to park my vehicle On New Years Eve one of our 2 vehicles had to be parked on the side with 5 unknown vehicles taking up spaces Got a letter that if I want to stay and sign another 12 month lease my rent will go up about 50 if I want to just do month to month my rent will go up almost 1000 This is outrageous for an apartment Aaannnddd we have yet to get to swim in the pool I was told were only aloud two vehicles while I see other residents who have 3 or 4 Its ok if its your only option bc it was my only option at the time more ... hide ...

Great location to get around town Makes life easier We lived here for 3 years We have had no issues maintenance and management run smoothly and communicate well

I love living at Autumn Park Apartments We are close to everything Everyone here is nice and friendly Management and Maintenance are very friendly dependable and always go above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and quickly

Go ahead and Google a different apartment complex These people are well aware that their units are in horrible condition yet refuse to fix them Not cool
