Im not sure where to begin but my uncle was trying to get in here He had no problem but had to wait on another persons paperwork to come back Needless to say that took over 3 weeks He had already given a notice at his old place It took till the day b Im not sure where to begin but my uncle was trying to get in here He had no problem but had to wait on another persons paperwork to come back Needless to say that took over 3 weeks He had already given a notice at his old place It took till the day before him moving for them to tell him she was denied and all they had was a 2 bedroom which he didnt ask for Of course the 2 bedroom was more and now hes in a bind to get somewhere else with a loaded Penske truck Luckily he got an apartment in the same city he was living for less money than the freaking senior living apartments Maybe this was an exception but this was totally unacceptable and inconvenient for a lot of peoplennHe will be comfortable in his new affordable apartment here in Roswell Thanks Main St You did him a favor more ... hide ...

To Whom it May ConcernnIts been brought to my attention that an undeserved negative review has been posted on the website of MainStreet Breckinridge and I would like the opportunity to place my opinion into the mix to dispel any misgivings about this To Whom it May ConcernnIts been brought to my attention that an undeserved negative review has been posted on the website of MainStreet Breckinridge and I would like the opportunity to place my opinion into the mix to dispel any misgivings about this communitynI was the twelfth person to sign up for living here and I can say without reservation the spirit and positive environment created by the staff here has been a complete delightnEvery time I have asked for help in any situation I have been treated with complete and utter respect My requests have always been responded to with immediate reactions and any issues I may have come across were handle with complete professionalismnMore over the management has been more than willing to accommodate my needs in regard to parking as I am partially disabled and have a hard time walking even the shortest of distancesnThey offered me an application for an assigned parking spot so I could obtain an exclusive parking location After careful review of my medical situation the owners of the property went through the trouble to assign a private parking space designated just for me so I could be assured of having convenient access to the area I needed to enter my living space I consider their efforts to be above and beyond what is required in my lease which is a clear indication of their true devotion to superior service to their customersnI can say without reservation the entire staff has treated me and everyone I am aware of with complete respect and courtesynI have never encountered a more caring staff in my life as a renter of many places in this Atlanta environment and would recommend to anyone to chose this place as an ideal location to live solely because of the high quality and motivational attitude the management staff provides as partners in this wonderful living communitynnMost SincerelynCarl J FranknCaptain Quin FranknResident for life in room 312 more ... hide ...

I recently read a scathing and bloodthirsty review on this website that caused a great deal of personal concern for meokayin the interest of full disclosure and total honesty please allow me to amend the preceding statementit totally INFURIATED me Th I recently read a scathing and bloodthirsty review on this website that caused a great deal of personal concern for meokayin the interest of full disclosure and total honesty please allow me to amend the preceding statementit totally INFURIATED me Thank you I feel better nownnI have experienced the total joy of living at Main Street Breckinridge for over one year now and I consider the decision to move here to clearly be one of the most totally blessed choices that I have made in my entire 73 years on the planetnnWhen I made the choice to find a place where I can spend my golden years my son and I did extensive research and toured a great many senior communities in the Atlanta area However the search ended rather abruptly when we toured the Main Street Breckinridge community and met with the staff memberswe both knew there was no need whatsoever to look any further the search had officially endednnAt this point I must admit that the management staff here had absolutely no idea what kind of a challenge they were facing when they welcomed me into the communitynnThe last 20 years my career has required me to spend the vast majority of my life on the roaddespite my love for travel there is a down sideloneliness and total social isolation coming from being alone with little or no substantial social contact After losing my wife to cancer there was literally no point in spending time at homehence I would stay on the road 37 months at a time and then make a brief pit stop at home to take care of business Clearly any social skills I may have had in the past were long gone and forgottenresulting in my becoming someone very fearful of and avoiding at all costs any type of social interactionsnnThankfully the staff and management here proved to be totally capable of overcoming any such shyness or social awkwardness They take pride in getting folks together to get to know their neighbors and to make such social events totally fun and something that we all look forward tonnThe first such social gettogether came up in a very short time after my arrival After taking several deep breaths and sincerely hoping for the best I bravely went downstairs to partake in the festivities After eating a hearty meal something Im still good at we went to the game room for some friendly competition via skill games something Ive NEVER been good at Today it was a beanbag accuracy toss challenge Well as I expected I did terribly After several return attempts of frequently missing the entire boardlet alone hitting the actual target I turned to face all my neighbors watching from the sidelines and laughingly said Okay folks you gotta admitwhat I lack in skill I most certainly make up for in my total ineptness Sure it was a cornball linebut they all loved it Eventually I did FINALLY hit the target which immediately resulted in cheers applause and lots of smiles This told me a lot about my truly wonderful new neighborsnnThese events show a great deal about whats in the hearts of the staff members The joy on Dees face when she lovingly coaxes someone who traditionally sits on the sidelines in social situations onto the dance floorwith walker and all The giddy and rambunctious laughter and fun that ensues when Pam boogies down with residents on the dance floornnFor Emma and her wonderful staff this is a clearly not a job or selfserving career for these caring individualsit is their entire life and their beingto serve and bring joy to people like usnnIn closing I can joyously state that Main Street Breckinridge will be my lifelong home I cant imagine spending my remaining years decades anywhere else Many seniors reminisce about precious highlights and memories from their past but quite frankly I truly consider my life here surrounded by caring and loving peopleI consider THIS the best time of my lifennClick on my face at top of review for fun pictures from our last Disco Party more ... hide ...

My Dad has never had it better than he does down on MainStreet After a rather long search for a good home for my dad our search came a great end He is now a very happy resident at MainStreet Breckinridge You may see his review here soon as well T My Dad has never had it better than he does down on MainStreet After a rather long search for a good home for my dad our search came a great end He is now a very happy resident at MainStreet Breckinridge You may see his review here soon as well This very well maintained facility is filled with people who go above and beyond enough that I hear about it A LOT on my visits there The community is like a small town of just wonderful people too I have made friends with some folks there and the social gettogethers are really great for my dad I worry for him since we lost his beloved wife to cancer that it would be lonely once he moved there Thankfully that is no longer a concern at all Hes thriving in a way I have simply never seen before Seriously I HIGHLY recommend MainStreet Breckinridge to anyone looking for a home for themselves or a loved one I continue to be astonished by the great things I hear about a lot This place is simply wonderful Top notch facility great staff very secure and safe and a wonderful small town of great people more ... hide ...
