2022-02-08T21:14:42ZTHIS PLACE IS A SCAM 1st red flag property manager Laquita bridges didnt appear for our first meeting 2nd red flag Property manager Laquita Bridges was late for appointment I applied for this place in December was told that it would take a couple of THIS PLACE IS A SCAM 1st red flag property manager Laquita bridges didnt appear for our first meeting 2nd red flag Property manager Laquita Bridges was late for appointment I applied for this place in December was told that it would take a couple of weeks for the application to process but in order to hold the unit I would have to put down a 150 deposit After giving my 150 I heard NOTHING from this company I called on multiple occasions even sent emails After about two weeks of calling the property manager I decided to call the actual company well they werent any help either I was told someone would give me a call back but never did Finally after sending the property manager an email stating that I would Pursue the matter in small claims court she decided to respond told me that I could come pick up my deposit NEVER GAVE AN EXPLANATION ON WHY PHONE CALL WASNT RETURNED OR WHY SHE DIDNT REACH OUT more ...
