Most of the time, they were fixed in less than a day; the building can't just replace the elevators when something goes wrong. This is the best place to rent if you're looking for something downtown and reasonable. My roommates and I chose the river view, which was unbeatable, and the unit size would cost you close to 2200 anywhere else in town. I had contact with Roy when I moved in, but the management changed to George, the new landlord. He is one of the most pleasant people you'll meet and he was always willing to answer my questions. He worked with me to end my lease early (because of a job change) and even let my parents use his parking spot for the weekend when they came to visit. Ultimately, you get more than you pay for here with the location and size of the unit. If you're on a budget and want to live in the center of downtown with its charm, this place is my number one suggestion. more ... hide ...

Been living here for a year Just renewed out lease We love our unit We have no problems with our AC Occasionally the building may have elevator problems but the address them immediately Management is helpful Happy to stay another year
