I feel very ambivalent about this place. The start of the application process was a total calamity. They tried to raise our rent, but then they took that back. My neighbor was a drug user and dealer who was always noisy and visibly inebriated, but nothing was done about her until after we had already paid a huge amount of money to get out because I couldn't stand it anymore. On top of that, when we wanted to leave, they told us we hadn't given enough notice, so we had to pay for a whole extra month of rent. We had to pay for the new property we were going to move into, since we had agreed to share it with someone and we didn't want to let them down. As a result, we are utterly bankrupt, we had to cancel my wedding venue because we couldn't cover the cost, and we are currently living with my fiancé's parents. I feel conflicted, though, because management was very helpful when we were dealing with the awful application process (Carol in particular), though the other woman was rude and unhelpful. But by the time we left, the management had changed and they had started to really clean up the place, so I kind of regret that we left the lease.
