It was a surprise to us when we tried to rent an apartment, that over-qualifying seemed to be a problem. All the other rental places I had been at before were more interested in making sure we could pay the rent. When my brother and I applied here they asked us to list all our income sources and even inquired if we made less than $5000/month for some kind of program, so there were never any suggestions of "over-qualification" or that having too much money is an issue for getting apartments at this moment when it's difficult to find one. The Residences of Gallatin is an outstanding property. My time there was incredibly enjoyable and I felt comfortable as if it were my own home. It's been nearly a year since I moved in, and I'm really enjoying it here. The apartments are great, the neighborhood is peaceful, and everyone on the staff is so accommodating. Highly recommended!

The niceness of the office staff is remarkable, particularly Meagan Hudgins who exudes a pleasant attitude and makes visitors feel at home. Additionally, the facility is tidy and the outside grounds are always orderly.

I would give it zero stars if possible. I was so excited when I called, wanting to learn more about the apartment given its great location. I made an appointment to come in and speak with someone at 4 o'clock and brought the requested money order. Wh I would give it zero stars if possible. When I arrived, two ladies were working and one asked why I was there; they had nothing to show me. However, when another girl came in behind me - who had a different skin color than mine - she was willing to assist and brought her into the office for further discussion.
