This place is the worst apartments Ive ever lived in I wouldnt recommend it to anyone They have the worst maintenance staff They take forever fixing the smallest things My AC hasnt worked properly for three years since I been here and now Ive been wi This place is the worst apartments Ive ever lived in I wouldnt recommend it to anyone They have the worst maintenance staff They take forever fixing the smallest things My AC hasnt worked properly for three years since I been here and now Ive been without for a week and they dont care It will probably be three months before I get it fixed if Im lucky My toilet has been running for 8 months running up my water bill and they wont come and fix it Roaches are another big problem you can spray all you want but you cant get rid of them This community is the trashiest place Ive ever lived People just set trash out side everywhere by trees and fire hydrants because they are to lazy to take it dumpster The office staff is the rudest people I ever had to deal with They arent friendly at all I wouldnt waste your time looking for an apartment in here trust me They raise my rent every 6 months for no reason with only a month notice I cant wait to get out of here more ... hide ...

As humans it is our nature to express ourselves rather quickly when we have bad experiences We sometimes overlook the good things and the postive efforts being made Since my last review of Lindsey Terrace there have been many changes Lets start with As humans it is our nature to express ourselves rather quickly when we have bad experiences We sometimes overlook the good things and the postive efforts being made Since my last review of Lindsey Terrace there have been many changes Lets start with our new dumpster Yay Residents have complained about there only be one at the main entrance and that can be very inconvenient for someone that may not have a vehicle to transport trash such a long distance Well now trash disposal is accessible for everyone Also outside contractors have been working to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner It feels like Christmas around here with all of the new updates Oh and last but certainly NOT least while many people have had to deal with unexpected increases to housing cost my rent only went up by 300 What I pay for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit you wont find anywhere else in this area I looked I must say I am a very content resident at this time more ... hide ...

The overhead light in the kitchen was fixed how the heating system does not put out a lot of heat during the cold of winter The toilet in the master remains unfixed Roaches and bed bugs are a constant problem
