Overall this is a pretty standard community for the area The units are very inexpensive given the price of rentals right now but somewhat outdated Given the age there is some understandable wear and tear as well as some bugs but thats understandable Overall this is a pretty standard community for the area The units are very inexpensive given the price of rentals right now but somewhat outdated Given the age there is some understandable wear and tear as well as some bugs but thats understandable give the age of the buildings The office is extremely understaffed and nonemergency maintenance seems to take quite a while to be handled The office manager is super kind and helpful and has been very accommodating regarding anything I may have forgotten or any changes I wanted to make to the unit locks etc The area can be pretty noisy but everyone in my building and the two surrounding has been really nice and there are lots of families here so there is very little in the way of tomfoolery that goes on within the complex itself For the price I would say it is definitely worth it Make sure to put in an application three to six months prior to when youd like to move in since there is a waiting list more ... hide ...
