Comfortable and spacious apartments The windows are large and let in lots of natural light There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen which is very useful The separate room for laundry is great The maintenance man Daniel is punctual an Comfortable and spacious apartments The windows are large and let in lots of natural light There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen which is very useful The separate room for laundry is great The maintenance man Daniel is punctual and helpful The pool is usually closed which is a big disappointment The playground is rusty but still fun for the kids Ive noticed a lot of pet waste around the property lately which needs to be addressed There is also a very bad trash problem People dump their furniture at the dumpster and the garbage is always overflowing Management seems to be working on a solution though When we first moved here 4 years ago we had problems with crime but in the last 2 years it has become much more safe These apartments are in a nice location too Not far from Loop 499 which takes you anywhere in Harlingen in minutes Overall its a nice place to live for the price more ... hide ...
