Todd and Whitney are the best managers around; they were incredibly kind and considerate when I was going through medical issues. Doug, the maintenance person at Bodhi, is unbelievable - no one works as hard as he does! Doug, the maintenance person at Bodhi, is unbelievable - no one works as hard as he does! He was even cleaning up an area outside of his job description when I first met him. My apartment there was lovely, my neighbors on the 5th floor were great, but parking could be a bit tricky if you don't have a car. However, without a vehicle it's an ideal spot due to TRAX being next door and its proximity to fantastic bike trails. more ... hide ...

The apartment complex I recently left was terrible. Parking was a nightmare, with majority of the spots reserved for those with handicap placards. The garage spaces were extremely close together and the people who couldn't park correctly made it even The apartment complex I recently left was terrible. The garage spaces were extremely close together and the people who couldn't park correctly made it even more difficult. My car was hit due to someone's inability to back up properly. If you didn't get your car back by 6-7pm you would have to find street parking, which wasn't easy either. The elevators were constantly covered in dog hair and had an unpleasant smell of body odor; although there were cleaners, they would start vacuuming at 6am! Additionally, the office manager did not help out in any way whatsoever. Do not move here if you value your sanity! more ... hide ...

If the management team had been better, I would have given this place five stars. However, both the management and maintenance personnel tend to overstep their boundaries; the latter is especially a douche.

I have never felt the need to leave a review, however after living here almost a year I cannot wait until our lease is up. Our neighbors play music at loud volumes all hours of the day, making our light fixtures shake. Our neighbors play music at loud volumes all hours of the day, making our light fixtures shake. We were met with rudeness when attempting to speak to them and management has been of no help. The apartments are advertised as non-smoking but there is a strong odour of both weed and cigarettes wafting through the floors; it even comes into our own unit. There is not enough parking available and now that spaces have been reserved for some tenants, what we had has been halved. Bodhi will never be an option for us again and I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless you absolutely have no other choice. more ... hide ...
