The management was terrible and it was a horrible experience! I was planning on moving in but the manager had poor communication skills and didn't provide me with the information I needed in a timely manner, so I had to find somewhere else. My current rental was ending on January 31st, but even though I put my deposit down at the beginning of the month, the manager didn't get back to me until the 26th. I contacted her multiple times each day, but she refused to give me my deposit back. I had to go to the property and talk to her boss in order to get it back. It was an awful experience, and I hadn't even moved in yet! I was interested in the location and pool for my autistic son, but they were going to withhold my deposit, just one week before his birthday. I would strongly advise against anyone renting from this place! more ... hide ...

My family and I have been living at these apartments for a year now and so far so good The apartment itself is very spacious for large families Maintenance keeps up with work orders in a very timely manner The manager MissElizabeth is very friendly a My family and I have been living at these apartments for a year now and so far so good The apartment itself is very spacious for large families Maintenance keeps up with work orders in a very timely manner The manager MissElizabeth is very friendly and professional Washer dryer connections in the apartment are a big plus Only small downside for us is the parking which can get pretty crowded but other than that planning to stay another year more ... hide ...

There is never parking for us residents The visitors are always filling up the parking spaces for us residents that pay rent Parking spaces need to be assigned for us residents that live and pay rent here
