Im a single mom and my current place to live was flooded and its month to month and has not been fixed in almost 2 months I fill out an application told I would have an apartment that its no problem I call a week later she says they are waiting on Im a single mom and my current place to live was flooded and its month to month and has not been fixed in almost 2 months I fill out an application told I would have an apartment that its no problem I call a week later she says they are waiting on just one formThen a week later I call left voice mail of wanting to know the status and if the form had been received No responseI call the next day and I get a recording saying that their phone number is no longer a working number A friend calls from their phone and they answer So instead of telling me that Im not getting the apartment left to wonder for 2 weeks they block my phone number This is not the way you do business more ... hide ...

Wonderful place to live everyone keeps to themselves and its a great quality of living

Crazy I was just there I seen office Management walking around then went back inside I have been calling since Even left a message No answer Crazy right

Ok dont know where to began first lets say the Apartment management on site are awesome maintenance is awesome they can only do so much thoughnFirst apartment 3rd floor toilet went out it broke literally the maintenance guy had been trying to been up Ok dont know where to began first lets say the Apartment management on site are awesome maintenance is awesome they can only do so much thoughnFirst apartment 3rd floor toilet went out it broke literally the maintenance guy had been trying to been upper management would not approve so I only had one bathroom there they gave me keys to empty unit across the hall fir 3 12 months to use the bathroom All documented i have every email Then I moved across the hall to a two bedroom Major issues worms were appearing all over the place and pigeons were in the attic smell was horrible For months sounded like pigeons were above my head I had to find the problem hole on the gavel of the roof pigeons made a fortress there its so bad no one should live in those two units till its corrected but they moved me again rented to someone else that is having the same issue threading to move also nnThird apartment they said oh it will be perfect Well the day I got the keys I went to the office said these are the wrong keys that apartments not ready They were like yes it is It was filthy holes in carpet mold on carpet stove was ready for dumpster and walls not painted blinds had damage it was a complete wreck They stated they could not call pest control because of Corona I said bed bugs in the front room so no I had to pay out of pocket 350 to get that fixed and then get furniture situated snd they said carpet would be replaced in a week well 9 months into my lease it finally got done I lived in this thing bad carpet door knobs broke and a complete disaster for 9 months Ive lived here two years and nothing but pure mess So now I last night apartment floods neighbors upstairs yeah have a dog bit supply line to toilet and after floods apartment Everything is documented pictures and all so looking and spoke to an Attorney I want composited for the last two years I have not had one decent place to live in that long paying on time every month but you think they care no more ... hide ...
