When I discovered this community in 2016, I was thrilled since it had just started and there was no waiting list. In the past 18 months, however, conditions have significantly declined. Our previous property manager was unable to do repairs because o When I discovered this community in 2016, I was thrilled since it had just started and there was no waiting list. In the past 18 months, however, conditions have significantly declined. Our previous property manager was unable to do repairs because of the lack of resources from Fairway Management. The new managers and maintenance personnel are facing the same issue. We pay our monthly rent, but there are delays in repairs due to the limited funds from Fairway, which is a breach of contract in my opinion. Before, we had yard crews that tended to the gardens and flower beds, but Fairway only agreed to take care of the mowing and weed eating. As a result, elderly residents are having to manage the flower beds themselves, which has resulted in some of them falling over in the process. Even though the units are only 3 years old, I believe they will start to deteriorate faster due to the lack of money being spent on maintenance. This is another example of Fairway Management not caring for the senior citizens, as they only want the rent and expect us to figure out everything else. It's a pitiful situation, and there are even more issues that need to be addressed. Fairway Management should be ashamed of themselves. more ... hide ...
