Certainly it had a good management about a year ago When Olivia was there We were happy and our experience overall was good until we had to move out Job transfer First we had an inconvenient with our moving date letter I had some responsibility on th Certainly it had a good management about a year ago When Olivia was there We were happy and our experience overall was good until we had to move out Job transfer First we had an inconvenient with our moving date letter I had some responsibility on that but I ended up paying a extra week Assistant did not remember our verbal intent of moving after she said she was going to add that in our file so then they charged me one week more the assistant denied our conversation Then when it was time to received our security deposit back they took about 200 for some items that in my consideration they should not have Amenities are OK pool is OK in summer the pool area is full of bird poop they clean but not enough I would say live there but expect that they will try to charge you for everything at the end and make sure you report everything they will not have mercy on taking your moneynnThis is a edit of my original Review Please provide a new email to contact you the email you gave me in your respond to my review does not work pecanpointcdfpimgtcom more ... hide ...

Edit Rental Inquiry I am a single mother with one child age 18 and he is still in Highschool. I moved here from Germany and am a single mom since 10 years. I live right now on section 8 in coopers cove 4 bedroom house. But my home is very small old and falling apart and my landlord don�t want to invest. My home is very hot specially on theses summer days because my windows are old and let air come inside on winter days it�s very cold. That is why I am desperately needing a home.
