The turnover rate of managers was very high, so I called and emailed the Manager 4 or 5 times to find out the outcome of my deposit, and to request a detailed explanation of how it was calculated, but it is now 7 months later and I have yet to receive a response. It is very disheartening that this has occurred since I stayed there for such a long time and had to put up with a roach infestation that was never adequately addressed, causing me to throw away numerous possessions. It is as if the manager or the company are just motivated by money, being deceitful, and taking advantage of disabled or disadvantaged people living in risky areas.
