These Apartments deserve no stars. Manager discredits tenants when they have complaints. Manager allows thugs to stay their with grandmother against policy. And she protects them when they rob the tenants or vandalize vehicles. When police are called on thugs, Manager comes running out to their defense. Just like a lunatic.
